An ingenious table to wall paper
Material :
2 plywood panels : 1000 x 600 x 5 mm.
4 plywood panels : 1000 x 50 x 15 mm.
4 plywood panels : 570 x 50 x 15 mm.
tube diameter 20 mm.
tube diameter 14 mm.
flat iron : 25 mm for the 8 articulations.
2 hooks to hold the table closed.
1 hinge : 500 x 30 mm.
2 legs 1/4 of a round : 70 x 22 mm.
1 strap of baf.
4 plastic stoppers : 20 mm for legs of chairs.
woods screws, nails, glue and varnish.
Some advice :
The table is composed of 2 panels which are fixed on to 2 frames. The latter are connected to each over by a central hinge in a way you get a 1000 x 600 x 110 mm suitcase. Once it's folded up : a good closing is made by the two 1/4 of a round.
A very strong strap and a cavity in one of the panels, to told it with your hand, enable you to transport it.
The main legs and the struts are out of soldered strap metal tubes. They can be folded up towards the inside and are held with latches of locking (out of wood) : first the strats, then the legs.
As for the 14 mm tube which holds everything, its length is 860 mm, it is inside the frame and fixed with 2 supports in U shape.
